Hi Oppo, I have not been on here in a while. I hope all is well
Mrs. is in need of a new daily driver, say the budget is around 30k. She wants leather and it has to be able to tow 7,500 lbs. We have a couple of kids to cart around too and we occasionally used the 3rd row of our Pilot.
I’m stumped, and I’m not really into a truck or something like a Chevy Tahoe,
I really want a 3rd gen Range Rover, I have loved those things since I had the chance to do of their driving schools years ago at a resort I worked at, at the time.
Something like this one, I love the color combo and the price is right. I would be willing to pay a bit more for a lower mileage example with service history.

I know Doug DeMuro, it’s got to be a terrible idea right?

Get the Range Rover, then, but from CarMax with their top-notch coverage, or CPO or whatever. 7500lbs is almost more than - if not actually more than - most FWD-based crossovers can handle, so you may be looking at Expeditions and Navigators (way better than the tahoe and its brethren), or even the Durango and JGC.

Yeah that’s the reason why we need to upgrade the Pilot as we want to up the size of our travel camping trailer. We are going from 3,800 lbs to 7,500 lbs. I will look into Carmax they have a couple of decent looking examples
